  This store has the worst manager. They treated me and my wife badly. I switched from TMobile to Sprint expecting a good service. This store was having a promotions that they will give 50% off on your bill from your recent carrier. So we signed up and we wanted to get the iPhone 7plus 128gb matte black (2 for me and my wife) they told us that "oh we have a promotion that if you switched we will provide IPhone 6s Plus for now and once they shipped the iPhone 7plus you can just return the IPhone 6s Plus and you won't pay anything". So, we said ok that's sounds good. So we did the transition we paid a down payment for 2 iPhone 6s Plus. So, after 3 weeks we went back to the store because it took forever for the iphone 7plus to arrive. I asked the manager politely that If they received any shipment for the iPhone 7plus 128gb matte black. So, he told me "you know that you need to wait for a month and you can preorder the iPhone 7plus". I was shocked! So, I told him I did not know about that and they did not even told me about that deal. We went back exactly 1month to the store. The manager was there and he looked at me and start shaking his head. I asked them again ok it is 1 month now I need to preorder 2 iPhone 7plus 128gb matte black. The guy named Van helped me out. So, when we started the preorder process. The system was asking for another downpayment and I was like "what the heck!?" I just did a downpayment for the iPhone 6s Plus that you provided me the I did not want and now I need to do another down payment for the iPhone 7plus!? I explained to them that they did not tell me about this and the manager just looked and shakes his head and smile. It is annoying when he does that. It seems to me that he just want the sale and doesn't care about the customer. I called CS and told them everything. The CS asked me if I can give the phone to the manager so she can speak with him and the manager said " I don't want to speak with them, they do not work in a store so they do not know anything!" I was just like wow...until now I am still waiting for my preorders. Do not go to this store! The manager here is the worst manager I ever encountered in my life!!!
