  If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible experience with these people. No one has any sense of customer service, the reps practically fighting with each other to get a sale. They act like they're giving you a good deal but they're not. On top of it, they messed up the order in every possible way, the first time they delivered it came missing items I ordered and dropped the dining room table and tried to hide the damage so I wouldn't see it. Second time they came to deliver the missing items they didn't show up the day they said they would and never even called me to reschedule. I had to call them and they gave me some lame excuse. Still was missing pieces from my order. The third time they came the pillows for the couch had been ordered the wrong color and I had to go down to the store just to clear it up. And they gave me attitude when I was there. I would expect some type of apology after messing up so many times but nothing. Terrible, terrible store! Never shopping there again! I had to furnish a whole house, they lost out on so much business with their unprofessionalism and rudeness.

  My experience here was good. Big selection, really nice furniture, and no credit required. Friendly service as well. Going back. Wish they had a website
