  I've been here a few times to shops for various furniture. I love this place. The customer service is awesome. The warranty is great. The delivery is awesome. There was only one time when i wasn't impressed with them, a saleswoman was following me and it really creeped me out. But that was fixed as soon as I found what i was looking for and a different sales representative helped me out.

  I went in looking for a new bedroom furniture and I found the perfect set! Great customer service, no one looming over my shoulder or constantly asking if I needed help but someone was always close by if I did have a question. Overall it was a great experience. Fair prices, good customer service and quality furniture.

  I guess I am not WHITE OR ASIAN enough. I was at the store for almost 30 minutes and not 1 person even smiled or said may I help you. When leaving I spoke with the concierge desk and told them what happened. Not a word was said. Just a stupid look to each other. I will never ever go back. I will spend my money where the customer service understands diversity. Wish I could give them 0 STARS. Patiently waiting on a return phone call from corporate management!
