The Joann Fabrics at the Ontario mall in California have the rudest cashier I have ever come across. I was trying to have her explain why a certain coupon wouldn't work and I got we don't do anything the computer does it all. After my ordeal and I gave them back my purchase I wasted 2 hours of my life and I called customer service line of Joann Fabrics and he tells me that there is no manager for him to transfer me to. Please reconsider shopping at this location.
