  They have nice things, but they scam you. They charge a lot of money for a product and make promises, but don't stick to them. Lily was the person who helped us and we paid a whole lot of money for furniture. She promised that if anything happened to the almost $3000 couch, (cushions sinking etc) within a year, all I have to do is bring it in and they'll fix it there for free. I was happy to hear that... Especially when this expensive couch began to show problems early on. White pieces sticking out of the cushions and the cushions sinking on the sides. I called to make an appointment... Lily quickly transferred me to someone else, like she couldn't be bothered to deal with a customer who just spent a whole bunch of money at her store. The other lady was the one who broke the news that I would bring them in, they would shop them out and I would be without couch cushions for almost 2 months. I was livid... This is not what I was promised, nor is it at all convenient. She couldn't care less and said I can just bring it when I won't need a couch for a month or so... Who doesn't use their couch for that long?! They say what they need to say to sell the furniture and then they show their true colors when you take them up on the promises (lies) later. Once they have your money, you don't matter anymore.
