  This is the best furniture store I've been to. When we first walked in we asked for the kids beds. We were directed and promptly greeted by Daniel. Daniel was very professional and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the different bed frames and mattresses. He updated us on new mattress laws and helped us make the best decision to fit our budget. We walked out with a very good deal. My wife and kids are going to be sleeping comfortable tonight! Thank you Daniel and A Ideal Furniture!

  This was very surprising to be just driving along and discovering we found the perfect spot for 3 items that we had been searching for at the big stores and came here and had excellent customer service from Marlene. She was very patient and helpful to us. I would definitely recommend this store for future furniture needs. They also have catalog to choose from if item isn't in the store

  If I can give a 0 I would ! This place is so hungry for money. The "sellers" Marlene and Daniel are completely liars. One saying they record the phone calls when they don't. Two telling us they never cancelled our order because we "never" called just to charge us a restocking fee of $100 and up. Lies after lies were told from Daniel along with being rude and interrupting when speaking. Ridiculously unprofessional place. Tell us they have better things to do then to get us our money back. Gladly the manger was able to help us out because he clearly said it himself we are here to win money not lose. Highly never suggest anyone put a deposit down for an item if you do go to this place. But save your time and don't go. They are HUNGRY FOR MONEY !
