  I have been to other H&M stores, and the employees are always there helping out. I went to this one, and it seems like every employee was hiding. And when I went into the men's dept and approached a cashier to ask about a lost item, they did not even greet me they ignored me. They could have at least told me to use the other register. I had to speak to them with out being greeted. I was being polite and I asked them if they had seen a lost credit card I forgotten a while back. They were very rude and told me that no they don't keep anything and that to call my bank. Nothing they could do, that my bank should automatically notice that I lost my card. He could have just said or pretended to make an effort and he was just rude. Not that I couldn't call the bank . It was just the service and how rude they were.
